We offer a flat rate shipping rate on all dies*, stamps, stencils and embossing folders.
Order as many as you like and you will only be charged $5.00 in the USA

If your order contains ONLY dies, stamps, stencils and e
mbossing folders and is under $50.00 then shipping is $5.00. Orders that include large quantities of single items will be subject to a shipping cost review.  On orders that include sale items discounted over 50% of the original price there is a shipping excess fee.  
If your order contains anything other than dies, stamps or embossing folders then you use the shipping table as below.

0.01 - $9.99 = $5.00
$10.00 - $24.99 = $7.50
$25.00 - $49.99 = $10.00

$50.00+ = FREE

All our items are IN STOCK and are shipped within 24 hours of payment.
We do not split orders and ship separately. Your order will ship when all items in your order are in stock. If the item goes in your cart and you pay for it you will receive it! If you order pre order items with an order you will not receive your order until the pre order items are in stock. Please see our PRE ORDER policies for more details.

Weekend orders are generally shipped on Monday. We will ship for ‘next day delivery’ as long as you contact us by 2pm. Please contact us for rates.
If for any reason we can not get an item to you we will immediately refund the cost of that item and add an equivalent amount of CropStop Ca$h to your account!


Insurance
Your items will be packaged carefully to avoid any damage. CropStop.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. It is your responsibility to take this up with your local Post Office.

Your items will generally be shipped 1st Class Mail domestic or international. This DOES NOT provide insurance or tracking information. We highly recommend insurance and or tracking options as we will not be responsible for your packages should you choose not to purchase these services.

DELIVERY  
USA
We ship most items from the store USPS. If you are in the USA you will have the option to upgrade to Priority, track and insure your package so you can get a tracking number and delivery confirmation. USPS quotes this as 2-3 days for Priority. In the case of your item being sent First Class mail please allow up to 5-8 days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with complete information on what was shipped and a tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit. You can also check the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account and looking up MY ACCOUNT in the top left of the screen.

International Shipping
We generally use USPS International First Class Mail and occasionally USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery times vary considerably depending on the destination and customs. We are happy to ship your item with guaranteed delivery but there are extra costs so please contact us.


International Orders - Customs and/or Import Fees
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, the customer. We have no control over customs duties or import fees and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.


RETURNS & SALES
All of our products are unconditionally guaranteed and may be returned for exchange or refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days from the date of shipping. Returns received between 30 and 90 days of shipment will be issued store credit only.
Exceptions are computer software, discontinued and clearance items. Software is returnable if unopened otherwise it will only be replaced with the same title.
You will need a returns number before returning any products. Please contact us to get your number and include it in the return along with a copy of your invoic
e and a note explaining why you are returning the product.
Any items discounted by over 25% are final sales. All items that are on sale for over 40% off are limited to a max of 3 per customer.

If during sales we see an ordering pattern of multiples of the same product, that are not consumables we will need a sales lisence number to process the order. There is also a 10% surcharge on any products discounted by over 40% of the MSRP and the customer pays the actual shipping fee.
You are responsible for shipping and insurance charges on returns unless the return is due to a defective item or a mistake made by CropStop.com. Items must be returned in the condition received.
We request that you notify us of any incorrect orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot refund damaged or lost items. However, shipping insurance can be included with your order upon request, at cost. Please see above under Insurance.

Customers who cancel or modify their orders will be subject to a 20% restocking/revision fee at CropStop LLC's discretion.
